Figma mockups, design system, client validation.
1 revision round included. Beyond that = billed.
03 — Day 5-11
Build
Dev, responsive, integrations, testing.
No scope changes. Additions go to V2.
04 — Day 12-14
Launch
Deployment, QA, training, handover.
Launch = live. No "one last tweak."
